1. . We are not responsible for any damage that was already done to the iPhone/ iPod prior to when we received it.
2 . If the iPhone/ iPod we receive has any damage that was not noted in the form that was sent, we will automatically return your device to you and only the labor-costs* will be refunded.
3 . If the type of iPhone/ iPod that was ordered for service by you is NOT the type of iPhone/ iPod that is sent in for service, we will return your device and only the labor-costs* will be refunded.
4 . We only accept GENUINE APPLE products for service. Please refrain from sending in fake Apple products. If a fake Apple product is sent in however, we will return your device and NO COSTS will be refunded.
Labor-costs*: The cost that it takes to do the service, not the cost that was spent on the equipment required for the service.
